| Item 1.01. | Entry Into a Material Definitive Agreement. |
On November 4, 2021, we entered into a 20-year license and distribution agreement with Dyamed Biotech Pte, Ltd., to commercialize our hypochlorous acid products in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand. The agreement includes dermatology, eye and oral products. Dyamed will pay a royalty and certain agreed upon transfer prices in exchange for the exclusive right to sell in the territories.
